1. Our Services
StarWebnexa helps you grow your business online. We specialize in Website Design, E-commerce Platforms, Portfolio Websites, Doctor Websites, and Small Business Websites.
2. Your Responsibilities (Client Duties)
Building a great website is a team effort. Once a project begins, we rely on you to:

Provide all necessary materials, such as text, images, logos, product details, or clinic information, in a timely manner.

Give us prompt feedback or approval on designs so we can keep the project moving forward.

Understand that if there are delays in providing content or feedback, the final launch date of your website may also be delayed.
3. Payment and Fees

Advance Payment: We require a specific advance or booking fee before we begin any design or development work on your project.

Final Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full once the website is completed and before it is launched live on your domain.

Until the final payment is cleared, the website will remain on our development servers, and admin access will not be handed over.
4. Revisions and Changes
We want you to absolutely love your new website. That is why we include a set number of revisions during the design process. However, once the website is fully approved and completed, any major redesigns or requests to add entirely new features will be subject to an additional fee.
5. Website Ownership

Once the project is complete and all payments have been cleared, you are the 100% owner of your website.

Unless you explicitly ask us not to, we reserve the right to showcase a screenshot or a link to your website in our StarWebnexa portfolio so that future clients can see the quality of our work.
6. Limitation of Liability
We do our absolute best to build secure, high-quality websites. However, once the site is live, StarWebnexa cannot be held responsible for issues out of our control. This includes third-party web hosting downtimes, domain registrar problems, hacker attacks, or any loss of business revenue. If you run into technical trouble, we are always here to offer support and help fix it.
7. Changes to These Terms
As our business grows, we may need to update these terms. If we make any significant changes, we will update the “Effective Date” at the top of this page.
